What We Believe

  • The purpose of Desert Cities Church is to open our doors to the amazing life of Jesus. As the world changes, Jesus remains the creator, provider, and redeemer of the world.

  • Our view of Scripture is that it reveals God and His ways to us. The goal is to help us to see things through the eyes of Jesus, to know the character of God, and to better love one another

  • We believe in everyone’s ability to BE a follower of Christ. Our dream is to inspire people to be image-bearers of Christ and to encounter this life-changing calling to live as Jesus did.

  • A church is more than a place to worship. We are imperfect people, loving a perfect God. No one should walk this life alone. We love, live, and honor God TOGETHER.

  • Jesus’ example of love and humility led him to be a servant. We are called to his example of loving and serving one another and our community.

  • Our passion is for ALL people. We believe that ALL people are loved by Jesus. What drives our attention is reaching those who are far away from God. We desire to partner with God to bring wholeness to the broken.

Children & Youth Programs

Serving the Community

  • FIND FOOD BANK

    Friday: 4pm
    Saturday: 6am

    Volunteers can join us at St. John’s Lutheran Church to help distribute food to those in need. The third Saturday of every month, help distribute food as people drive by. Or help on the Friday before to bag and prepare the food for distribution.

  • Supporting the Riverside County Migrant Workers

    We partnered with The Riverside County Migrant workers programs to make donations throughout the year to support families in need.

    November - Thanksgiving Baskets
    December - Christmas Toy Drive

  • Easter & Christmas Services at Martha’s Village and Kitchen

    Easter & Christmas Day: 10am

    Join us for our Sunday worship service at Martha’s Kitchen to celebrate to the Birth and Resurrection of our Lord. Plus, Volunteer opportunities to serve in the kitchen for the residents at Marth’s Kitchen.
